Previously, at 5:30 p.m. on October 20, 2021, Nghi Kieu Commune Police, Nghi Loc District received a criminal complaint from Ms. Ho Thi Ly (born in 1986), residing in Nghi Lam Commune with the following content: At about 5:00 p.m. on October 20, 2021, while traveling from Nghi Kieu Commune to Nghi Van Commune, when arriving at Hamlet 3, Nghi Kieu Commune, because she did not know the way, when she met a young man riding a white motorbike, Ms. Ly asked for directions.
While giving directions to Ms. Ly, the young man suddenly snatched the phone she was holding and sped away.
Immediately after receiving the report, Nghi Loc District Police quickly checked and verified. By 10:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities had clarified and arrested Mai Van Duan (born 2002), residing in Nghi Kieu Commune, for robbery.
