Conference of cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board in 2022

Comrades: Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Secretary of the agency's Party Committee and comrade Ho Dang Tai - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Chairman of the agency's Trade Union chaired the conference.

In 2021, despite the great impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee closely coordinated with the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the agency's trade union to regularly educate and raise awareness, political capacity, and sense of responsibility for the agency's cadres and civil servants in performing assigned tasks; and well implementing emulation movements.

The staff and civil servants of the committee actively deployed and advised on many important contents and successfully completed the tasks of Party organization and building, focusing on implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Effectively implemented Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated June 20, 2020 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

The unit also advised the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to strictly and correctly implement regulations on personnel work and perfect leadership positions after the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term. Correctly implement regulations on regimes and policies for cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee who are not re-elected or have reached retirement age.

At the same time, continue to advise on amending and supplementing regulations and plans on annual review, assessment and classification of Party members and cadres; focus on advising and effectively implementing the Party's guidelines, directives and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws, with a focus on rearranging the Party organization, apparatus organization, and streamlining the payroll of agencies, localities and units in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII)...

The Union of the Board has organized a donation and called for the donation of more than 320 gifts to help the poor celebrate the Lunar New Year with a value of 225 million VND; mobilized union members of the agency to text and donate 50 million VND to join hands in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic; Coordinated with the Party Committee of the agency to mobilize union members who are party members to respond to the program "Waves and computers for children" with a total amount of 25 million VND, donated 10 smartphones to students in difficult circumstances in the special area of ​​Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district; continued to build and support various funds with a total amount of more than 20 million VND (gratitude fund; child protection fund; union shelter fund...)....

With the efforts in 2021, 4/4 collectives (departments) were recognized as "advanced labor collectives", of which 1 collective was recognized as "excellent labor collective"; 33/33 individuals were recognized as "Advanced Laborers", 7 individuals were recognized as Emulation Fighters at the grassroots level; 1 individual was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister for the period 2016 - 2020; 2 individuals were awarded the title of Provincial Emulation Fighters for the period 2018 - 2020 by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 13 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 100% of trade union groups and union members were classified as having completed their tasks well, of which 1 group was awarded the title of "Excellent Trade Union Group" and 17 union members were awarded the title of "Excellent Trade Union Members".

At the conference, many opinions were exchanged and contributed to clarify the results achieved in 2021, discussing a number of solutions to better perform tasks in 2022. Responding to the appeal letter "Tet for the poor" of the Provincial Party Secretary, officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee donated 30.5 million VND right at the conference./.
