Provincial Association of People with Disabilities holds a contest to learn about the law

(Baonghean.vn) - Sáng 3 tháng 12, Hội Người khuyết tật Tỉnh Nghệ An tổ chức mít tinh kỷ niệm 25 năm Ngày Quốc tế Người khuyết tật (3/12/1992 - 3/12/2017) và thi nhịp cầu pháp luật.

The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was initiated by the World Programme of Action on Disability and promoted by the United Nations since 1992. The celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities aims to promote social activities towards community life and mobilize support for the values, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities. At the same time, it raises awareness about the participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of political, social, economic and cultural life.

Along with cultural and sports exchange activities, the Provincial Association of the Disabled also organized camping with the participation of the disabled in Thanh Chuong, Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc districts, Thai Hoa town, Vinh City and the Vinh City Self-Reliance Association.

In particular, members also participated in the Law Bridge contest with greetings, answering questions and handling situations. Through these activities, the aim is to help people with disabilities grasp the state's regulations on the rights and interests of people with disabilities, and encourage them to overcome difficulties and improve their lives./.
