Vietnam Journalists Association opens training course on writing skills on Party building

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 17, the Vietnam Journalists Association coordinated with the Provincial Journalists Association and the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to organize a training course on writing skills on Party building.

Attending the event were reporters from press agencies from several northern provinces to Quang Nam and Da Nang. The course was taught by journalist Nhi Le - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine.

The Training Course on Writing Skills on Party Building was held for 3 days from July 17 to 19. Attending the course, reporters writing about Party building shared their concerns, questions and difficulties encountered in the process of working and writing articles on the field of Party building and hoped that teachers would provide further guidance and training.

For example: determining topics, how to propagate the Party's directives and resolutions to readers in an attractive way while still ensuring the right direction, how to write electronic newspaper articles on the field of Party building, how to approach and exploit information on some sensitive topics... In order to be able to write quality journalistic works, each reporter must first have a general understanding of the characteristics, nature, and ideology of the Party in leadership and management.

For each field of Party building, specifically: implementing Party resolutions, activities of government committees from the central to local levels... to write well and in-depth, writers need to have a deep understanding of that field. The course will help students understand and grasp basic knowledge about the field of Party building. In addition to providing theoretical knowledge, the training course also guides specific skills in working and writing about Party building work.

Journalist Nhi Le said that during the 3 days, the lecturers will provide and share experiences on writing skills and related content, helping students supplement their knowledge and skills on the proposed course content./.
