More than 240,000 people participated in the contest to learn about administrative procedure control activities.
(Baonghean.vn) - The contest "Learning about administrative procedure control activities and providing and using public services" launched by the People's Committee of Nghe An province attracted 182/222 agencies and units across the province to participate with a total of 240,659 entries.

Responding to the 2019 Administrative Reform Year, the contest "Learning about administrative procedure control activities and providing and using public services" was launched by the Provincial People's Committee from May 6, 2019 to June 3, 2019 in the form of online tests.
After 4 weeks of implementation, the contest was successful with the participation of a large number of people, officials, civil servants, public employees and students in the province.
Among them, many units and localities have high number of exams such as: Dien Chau district (23,899 exams), Nghi Loc district (16,664 exams), Anh Son district (14,164 exams), Thanh Chuong district (13,659 exams), Thai Hoa town (12,314 exams), Vinh city (11,667 exams), Department of Transport (8,881 exams), Department of Finance (6,186 exams), Provincial Police (5,955 exams), Department of Natural Resources and Environment (2,488 exams)...
Of which, 101,907 exams achieved the maximum score (15/15 points), accounting for 41.34%.

In order for the contest to be effective and transparent, the Organizing Committee has established a Question Making Team and a Question Appraisal Team with the participation of 12 individuals with in-depth knowledge from departments and branches. The online test software has been built with many new features, facilitating the screening and synthesis of participation results.
The questionnaire has 380 questions, focusing on the basic rights and obligations of individuals and organizations, and the responsibilities of state agencies when performing administrative procedures and providing and using public services as prescribed in legal documents.
Based on the Rules and results of the competition, the Organizing Committee advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision to recognize and award prizes to 5 winning collectives after 4 weeks of competition.
On an individual basis, 53 individuals won 64 prizes. Including 4 First prizes, 8 Second prizes, 12 Third prizes and 40 Consolation prizes.
Total prize value is 71 million VND.
The Closing and Award Ceremony of the competition is expected to take place in early July 2019.
