Towards the goal of rich farmers and civilized countryside

In the first 6 months of the year, the association's work and the farmers' movement achieved many positive and fairly even results in all areas. On that basis, the Farmers' Association advocates continuing to promote propaganda work, raising farmers' awareness of the law, economic development; and having solutions to attract members... in the last 6 months of 2019.

After 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/HNDTW on "Strengthening and innovating propaganda and mobilizing farmers in the new situation", there has been a change in awareness, action and responsibility of the association's staff and farmers' association members in the whole province in propagating the role, position and responsibility in the process of agricultural development and new rural construction.

The quality of activities, consulting services and support for farmers has been improved, thereby contributing to increasing the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilizing farmers to participate in the association; propaganda and mobilization work has many innovations, through many vivid information channels to help farmer members access most effectively.

At the conference, in addition to pointing out difficulties, obstacles and limitations over the past 5 years of implementation, delegates also focused on discussing and proposing solutions to continue effectively implementing the resolution in the coming time.

That is to promote propaganda and dissemination of the State's policies and laws to members; raise awareness of prosperous agricultural development, wealthy farmers, civilized countryside, help farmers fully realize the necessity of equipping themselves with knowledge, and promote the application of scientific and technological advances in production.

At the same time, proactively implement coordination programs to attract resources to carry out propaganda and mobilization activities, grasp the thoughts, aspirations and public opinions of members to have timely solutions.

On this occasion, Mr. Tran Van Huong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association was one of 10 individuals nationwide to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; 2 collectives were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee for their outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/HNDTW on "Strengthening and innovating propaganda and mobilizing farmers in the new situation".
