Quy Hop district punishes the act of occupying production forest land in Long Thanh hamlet
(Baonghean.vn) - The person who was punished for occupying production forest land is Mr. Nguyen Tien Canh, a citizen of Bac Son hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district.
In the Decision on administrative sanctions in the field of land No. 1459/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2019 of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, it is stated that Mr. Nguyen Tien Canh (born in 1978) committed an administrative violation: "Occupying production forest land".

Specifically, on August 2, 2019, Mr. Nguyen Tien Canh occupied 5 hectares of production forest land of Dong Hop Forestry Farm, in lots d7, d8, compartment 5, sub-area 278, in Long Thanh hamlet, Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district and planted acacia within the above area.

The remedial measures must be implemented within 10 days. If the deadline is exceeded and Mr. Nguyen Tien Canh fails to comply, he will be subject to enforcement in accordance with the law and will be required to bear all enforcement costs.
Previously, on August 28, 2019, with the presence of witnesses, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quy Hop district, together with representatives of the People's Committee of Tam Hop commune and Long Thanh hamlet, drew up a record of administrative violations in the field of land (Record No. 01/BB-VPHC) against Mr. Nguyen Tien Canh.
