Nghe An Education Department organizes Tet Sum Vay program for special teachers in mountainous districts
This is the 8th year the Education sector has organized the Tet Sum Vay program and the second year it has been implemented for teachers, accountants, clerks, equipment workers, etc. in schools.
On the morning of January 11, at Quy Hop High School, the Department of Education and Training - Education Trade Union organized the program Tet Sum Vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party in 2025.

The program "Tet Sum Vay" is an annual activity of the Education sector every time Tet comes, Spring comes, with many practical topics, demonstrating profound humanity, care, encouragement and sharing to cadres, teachers and workers.
After 7 times of organization, the program has given gifts to more than 1,400 teachers with a total amount of more than 1.2 billion VND.
In 2025, the program was held for the first time in Quy Hop district with the participation of high schools and affiliated educational units in Que Phong and Quy Chau districts.Quy Hop, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai town and Thai Hoa town. This activity has truly become a traditional beauty, having a great influence on the material and spiritual life of workers.

Special,Tet Sum Vay programThis year's event was organized for teachers who are accountants, clerks, librarians, and laboratory equipment technicians - the teams that do special work in schools.
Speaking at the program, comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training sent New Year greetings to the cadres and teachers of 7 districts and towns participating in Tet Sum Vay 2025. At the same time, he expressed gratitude to the team of teachers working in mountainous, remote and difficult districts of Nghe An province.

The head of the education sector also shared with the school staff who are doing special work at schools. Over the past years, despite low income, many hardships and disadvantages, school staff have still quietly contributed to teaching and learning, school activities, contributing to improving the quality of education.
To accompany teachers in mountainous areas, in the past year, the Education sector has had many practical and meaningful activities. Particularly on the occasion of Lunar New Year, the Education sector has mobilized social resources, the sharing of officials and teachers to join hands to support teachers who are still facing many difficulties and hardships. The gifts are not of great material value, but show affection and care, so that teachers in the province can have a warm Tet, more motivation and joy in the New Year to complete their tasks well.

This year's "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Gratitude to the Party" program includes activities such as Banh Chung wrapping contest, Tet gift wrapping contest of school clusters; Tet booth display; cultural exchange. In addition, school staff also confide and share with colleagues, expressing wishes to industry leaders.
Organizations, schools, and philanthropists also have the opportunity to listen and better understand the concerns of those who work in special fields in schools. Through that, they can propose solutions to care for and help cadres, teachers, and workers have more joy during the coming of Tet and Spring.
On this occasion, the industry union presented 96 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, organizing a program with a total amount of 150 million VND.
It is expected that during the Lunar New Year 2025, the Education sector will give gifts to nearly 700 officials, teachers, and workers in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses; at the same time, it will give gifts to 360 students and 38 educational institutions with a total cost of nearly 800 million VND. The total amount of care during the Lunar New Year 2025 is nearly 1 billion VND.
