* Great opportunity to solve employment for workers

Nghi Loc District is one of the key areas of the province in developing industrial parks. This is a great opportunity to create jobs for local workers. Currently, Nghi Loc has 2 industrial parks, WHA and Nam Cam, attracting 12,911 workers, of which 8,701 are Nghi Loc citizens. In addition, industrial parks also create jobs for thousands of workers in the service and trade sectors.

2025 is the second year that Nghi Loc district has coordinated with the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone and WHA Industrial Park to organize the "Job Fair". The activity is one of the practical solutions to improve the recruitment quality of enterprises and solve employment for workers in Nghi Loc and other regions. From the experience of organizing the "Job Fair" in 2024, this year, Nghi Loc district and related units have synchronously deployed many solutions.

To improve the effectiveness of job fair activities, Nghi Loc District People's Committee actively connects businesses with secondary and high schools to organize vocational education orientation and appropriate streams. At the same time, communication activities are widely deployed in residential areas so that each citizen and worker can grasp information, learn about job opportunities, and increase income.

The district also coordinates and supports businesses in the recruitment process in the following forms: Issuing official dispatches to urge relevant localities, departments and branches; organizing conferences to disseminate labor recruitment needs of businesses; propagating through Radio - Television channels, district and commune electronic information portals and associations and groups on social platforms such as Web, Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

In recent years, Nghi Loc district has cooperated with units to open vocational training classes for rural workers such as: Electronic assembly, mechanics, office informatics, fashion sewing, food processing, etc. Thereby, providing timely labor resources for businesses according to recruitment needs. That not only helps workers to have solid skills when working, but also supports businesses to quickly develop their workforce immediately after recruitment. Therefore, more and more workers in Nghi Loc are recruited and work stably in industrial parks.

WHA Industrial Zone 1 - Nghe An is a model smart eco-industrial park developed by WHA Group in the North Central region of Vietnam. With a scale of 500 hectares (two phases), this industrial park provides world-class infrastructure and skilled human resources for businesses to invest and develop.

Phase 1 of WHA Industrial Park has been filled at 85% of its area. Phase 2 continues to attract investment, with an occupancy rate of nearly 50% to date.
