Opening of the 3rd Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee
The Central Executive Committee considers continuing to perfect the personnel of leadership positions of state agencies for the 15th National Assembly term for the National Assembly to elect or approve.

On the morning of July 5, the 3rd Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee solemnly opened in Hanoi. General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong chaired and delivered the opening speech.
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Politburo member and President chaired the opening session.
At the Conference, the 13th Central Executive Committee focused on studying, discussing and deciding on a number of important issues such as: The 5-year socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2025 period; reviewing and promulgating the Working Regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Working Regulations of the Central Inspection Commission for the 13th term; Regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter and Regulations on inspection, supervision and discipline work of the Party for the 13th term.

The Central Executive Committee considers continuing to perfect the personnel of leadership positions of state agencies for the 15th National Assembly term for the National Assembly to elect or approve at the 1st Session of the 15th National Assembly and a number of other important issues.
