On the morning of October 30, Vinh University in collaboration with the Institute of Indian and Southwest Asian Studies under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VIISAS), the Embassy of India, and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center (SVCC) organized the opening ceremony of “Cultural Days”.Indiain Vietnam".

Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Pranay Verma - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Vietnam. On the Vietnamese side, there were representatives of several departments and branches of Nghe An province, along with a large number of staff, lecturers and students of Vinh University.
