These are the contents stated in the Party Central Committee's recent disciplinary regulations on Party members who violate the law. The regulations were signed and issued by the Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, Tran Quoc Vuong, on behalf of the Politburo.

Documents regulating the content and forms of discipline for Party members who violate the political platform, Party Charter, resolutions, directives, regulations, decisions, statutes, conclusions of the Party, state laws, and regulations of agencies and units.

Party members who are found to have committed violations after transferring jobs, quitting their jobs or retiring must still be considered, concluded and disciplined if the violations are serious enough to require handling.

The regulation also clearly states the principles of disciplinary action and that all Party members are equal before Party discipline. Party members in any position who violate Party discipline must be considered and disciplined strictly and promptly.

In handling disciplinary actions, it is necessary to ensure democratic, objective, honest, complete and accurate conclusions. It is necessary to clarify the causes, distinguish between mistakes and shortcomings of Party members due to their qualifications, abilities or motivated by the common interest or personal or local interests; temporary or systematic violations; acts of coping, causing difficulties and obstacles to the inspection; distinguish between Party members who initiate, organize and make decisions and Party members who are incited, enticed and agree to do wrong.

Regarding the principle of determining disciplinary measures, the new regulations of the Central Executive Committee clearly state that Party members who violate to the extent of being expelled must be expelled, and the form of having their names erased will not be applied; Party committee members who violate to the extent of being dismissed from office must be dismissed, and not allowed to leave office...

Party members who violate the law to the extent that they must be prosecuted for criminal liability must be prosecuted, not "handled internally"; if sentenced by the court to a sentence of non-custodial reform or higher, they must be expelled; if they are sentenced to a sentence lower than non-custodial reform or are exempted from criminal liability...

Within 30 working days from the date of announcement of the Party disciplinary decision, the agencies must consider and handle administrative and union disciplinary actions according to the regulations of the state agency and the union's charter.

Cases of political views violations are subject to expulsion.

Regarding the content of the regulations on handling specific violations in the fields of ideology and politics, Party members who violate political views and internal politics will be subject to disciplinary action such as reprimand, warning, dismissal from office, or expulsion from the Party depending on the severity.

Specifically, disciplinary action in the form of reprimand is taken against the following violations: being incited, enticed, or bribed by others to speak, write, store, disseminate, publish, or provide information, documents, or artifacts with content contrary to the Party's guidelines and viewpoints and the State's laws.

This form of discipline is also applied to cases of supporting and following viewpoints contrary to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the Party's guidelines, the goals of national independence and socialism; lack of responsibility in the fight against signs of degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, and against peaceful evolution.

Party members who show signs of wavering, reduced confidence in the Party's leadership, fail to properly implement the principles of Party organization and activities, are dishonest in declaring their personal history and supplementing their Party member history will also be subject to disciplinary action and reprimand.

Disciplinary action in the form of expulsion shall be taken against those who intentionally speak or write content that distorts history, distorts the truth, denies the leadership role and revolutionary achievements of the Party and the nation; refutes and denies Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the principle of democratic centralism, socialist democracy, the socialist rule of law state, and the socialist-oriented market economy; demands the implementation of the institutions of "separation of three powers", "civil society", "pluralism, multi-party".

Cases of intentionally providing false information, distorting the Party and State's guidelines and policies; defaming Party and State leaders; and the traditions of the nation, the Party and the State will also be expelled.

Those who operate in reactionary political parties and organizations that incite discontent, dissent, and opposition within the Party, take advantage of and use the media, communications, and social networks to defame, slander, and lower the prestige and leadership role of the Party; influence, entice, and orient public opinion not in line with the Party's guidelines will also be subject to disciplinary action and expulsion.

Other violations also result in expulsion, such as denying the Party's leadership role in the armed forces; demanding "depoliticization" of the army and police; creating and promoting cultural and artistic works that distort history and lower the prestige of the Party and its leaders and the State.
