Nha Trang and Phu Quoc are famous coastal tourist destinations in Vietnam with beautiful beaches, rich cuisine and attractive tourism services. Vinh city attracts tourists with historical relics associated with the "spiritual land" of Nghe An. From Vinh, passengers can also easily reach tourist destinations such as Uncle Ho's hometown Sen village, Cua Lo beach, Thien Cam beach, Moc stream...

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Hong Ha - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines said: With the launch of 05 more routes connecting Vinh and other provinces and cities, the expected frequency of Vietnam Airlines' flights to and from Vinh will reach 148 flights/week. This is a positive result from the process of monitoring, researching, and working closely with Vietnam Airlines and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, travel agencies, and tourism to assess the potential of tourists to Nghe An as well as from Nghe An to other domestic destinations. The opening of these routes is expected to elevate Vinh airport, while contributing to the development of tourism and the economy of Nghe An province as well as other provinces and cities in the country.

Thus, within just two months, Vietnam Airlines has added 13 more routes connecting regions of the country, bringing the total number of domestic routes of the airline to 52. The continuous opening of routes is part of Vietnam Airlines' strategy to develop its domestic flight network, while also contributing to promoting trade and tourism between localities, especially in the context of Vietnam entering the "new normal" period, focusing on redeveloping the socio-economy and stimulating domestic tourism after the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic.
