When the flowers bear fruit, this is a valuable medicinal source for the production of Soya oil. Soya oil is known as the Olive oil of the East, which is good for health, beautifying the skin and smoothing the hair. Freshly harvested fruits are incubated until they crack, then the seeds are separated and dried. Then the Soya seeds are put into a machine to separate the shell and the core inside. Once the shell is separated, the core is roasted dry by a machine at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. This step is relatively important, because it will affect the quality of the oil obtained from the Soya seeds. The seeds that are roasted dry enough will be put into a mold to press to extract crude oil. The oil is pressed directly from the seeds, without adding any flavoring. The Soya oil after being filtered has a clear, bright yellow color and is packaged in bottles for sale. Photo: Tran Chau |
