According to the assessment at the conference, in the context of many socio-economic difficulties, the number of cases and the amount of money received increased (7% in cases and 45% in money) and was the highest ever, but the civil enforcement agencies in the province completed the number of cases and the amount of money higher than in 2016; exceeding all 4 assigned targets (18% in cases, 20% in money, 3% in reducing cases and 2% in reducing money).

The work of verifying and classifying cases continues to be focused on, the collection of State budget and debt collection of credit institutions has made much progress. Receiving people, resolving complaints and denunciations are carried out seriously.

The work of monitoring the enforcement of administrative judgments is becoming more systematic and effective. Inter-sectoral coordination and coordination with local Party committees and authorities in the enforcement of judgments are strengthened, more frequent and effective. The organization, staff and civil servants of civil judgment enforcement agencies continue to be focused on strengthening and perfecting; discipline and administrative discipline are ensured; internal solidarity and unity.

However, there are still some limitations such as: cases related to debts of credit institutions with a very large amount of money to be executed (accounting for 60%), although the results are higher than the previous year, the number of cases transferred to the next period is still quite large; some complicated and prolonged complaints that have attracted public attention have not been completely resolved; the order and procedures for execution of judgments are still not strict, leading to some shortcomings and violations in verification, notification, enforcement of judgments, delays in execution of judgments, etc., leading to complaints;...

Speaking at the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Court, the State Bank of Nghe An branch, and Vinh city shared experiences in enforcing judgments and handling cases, especially cases related to credit and banking debts.
