Groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a charity home in Quy Hop
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 9, the Women's Union of Chau Dinh Commune (Quy Hop) and the Women's Union of Cang Village mobilized nearly 90 members to participate in pouring concrete and cleaning up the surrounding area to help Ms. Lo Thi Ha's family in Cang Village soon complete the "warm home of love" house.
Ms. Lo Thi Ha's family is in very difficult circumstances, raising two young children and a sick, elderly mother, and having to live in a dilapidated house.
Faced with that situation, the Women's Union of Chau Dinh commune called on each member to donate 5,000 VND, members of Cang village where she lives donated 10,000 VND, union officials and heads of departments and organizations donated 20,000 VND, with a total amount of 10 million VND.

In addition, the Women's Union of Chau Dinh commune coordinated with the Fatherland Front of the commune to call for contributions from the commune's "For the Poor" fund to support Ms. Lo Thi Ha's family with 10 million VND.
With the support of 20 million VND and the joint efforts of the Women's Union of Cang village and her family, Lo Thi Ha's family is urgently completing a small 2-room house with a usable area of 45m2.2 to soon stabilize housing and rise out of poverty.
