Construction and renovation of La Pagoda started
(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of October 12, the Provincial Buddhist Sangha coordinated with the fundraising committee for the restoration of La Pagoda, the Quy Hop District Small and Medium Enterprises Association, and a large number of people, monks, nuns, and Buddhists to hold a groundbreaking ceremony to build and restore La Pagoda.
La Pagoda, located in Minh Hop commune, Quy Hop district. The pagoda was built a long time ago, through the ups and downs of history, the only vestiges of the pagoda remaining are the abandoned ground and many ancient trees.

In response to the people's wishes, on July 7, 2016, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 3275/QD-UBND on approving the restoration of Buddhist facilities, stating that Buddhist activities at La Pagoda are carried out in accordance with the laws of the State and the Charter of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of La Pagoda has received the attention of the people, the business community, enterprises, monks, nuns, Buddhists and well-wishers. Up to now, over 2 billion VND has been contributed to the construction of La Pagoda.
