The Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc - Provincial Armed Forces signed a covenant to implement the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.

On the afternoon of March 20, the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc - Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces held a conference to launch the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of departments, branches and units in the Bloc, including: Provincial Military Command; Department of Justice; Provincial Police; Provincial Border Guard Command; Provincial Inspectorate; Provincial People's Procuracy; Provincial People's Court and Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.

At the conference, the Internal Affairs Emulation Bloc - Provincial Armed Forces evaluated the patriotic emulation movement activities in 2022 of the units in the bloc; proposed targets and plans for movement activities.competePatriotism in 2023.

Also at the conference, units in the Bloc signed an emulation covenant determined to successfully carry out the patriotic emulation movement in 2023 with 8 key contents.

Specifically, units continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the policies and directions of the Party, the State, the Provincial People's Committee, ministries, departments and branches on emulation and reward work; attach the responsibility of Party committees and organizations; heads of agencies and units to the leadership and direction of emulation and reward work.

Well implement the contents of the patriotic emulation movement, regular, peak, surprise, and thematic emulation campaigns with specific and practical emulation contents and targets associated with effectively implementing the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (13th tenure) on "Promoting Party building and rectification and the political system" and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo to continue implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".

The focus is on implementing emulation movements: "Joining hands to build new rural areas"; "For the poor - Leaving no one behind";“Implementing office culture”; “Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure and practicing thrift and combating waste”; “Competing to successfully carry out the annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year plan (2021-2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party” and especially the peak emulation movement to celebrate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for Patriotic Emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).

Units proactively grasp the situation, perform well the advisory function for the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and superiors of each sector in leadership, direction and effective implementation of assigned political tasks, according to the functions and tasks of each unit.

Focus on directing the improvement of the quality of Party building work, building clean and strong agencies, units and organizations; improving the capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations and the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in agencies and units...
