Prosecuted 2 heartless people who stole property from a victim suspected of being hit and killed by a car
The provincial police determined that Sau and Dinh took the victim's motorbike when they found Khanh lying motionless. They both tried to sell the motorbike to get money to spend, but were arrested by the police.
On July 19, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Lieu Province prosecuted and issued an order to detain Nguyen Van Be Sau (30 years old) and Huynh Van Dinh (29 years old, both residing in Hoa Binh District, Bac Lieu Province) for the act of "Openly appropriating property". The victim was Cao Trieu Khanh (21 years old, residing in Gia Rai Town, Bac Lieu Province).

During the investigation, Bac Lieu Provincial Police determined that Sau and Dinh took the victim's motorbike when they found Khanh lying motionless. They both sold the motorbike to get money to spend, but were arrested by the police.
The initial assessment of the authorities is that Mr. Khanh’s death may have been caused by being hit by a car. After the collision, the driver left the victim lying on the side of the road.
Currently, Bac Lieu police are waiting for the forensic examination results from the Institute of Criminal Science (Ministry of Public Security) in Ho Chi Minh City.
