Prosecution and temporary detention of husband who beat primary school teacher to death

Authorities have prosecuted Luong Tien Dung, residing in Huong Nha commune, Tam Nong district (Phu Tho) for "Intentionally causing injury".

Regarding the case of Ms. LN, an art teacher at (Minh Hoa Primary School, Yen Lap District, Phu Tho) being brutally beaten by her ex-husband, Tam Nong District Police have stepped in to investigate and clarify.

Accordingly, the police agency has prosecuted and temporarily detained Luong Tien Dung (born 1981, the victim's husband), residing in Huong Nha commune, Tam Nong district, for the act of "Intentionally causing injury".

According to the assessment results, Ms. N. suffered 28% health damage and had to receive nearly 20 stitches. Currently, this female primary school teacher is still being treated at Tam Nong District Hospital (Phu Tho).

Previously, on social networks appeared images of a woman being brutally abused. On this woman's body, there were many bruises that made many people feel sorry.

HA - the person who posted the above photos, said that the victim's husband was a freelance driver. The two had spent some time getting to know each other before getting married, but after living together for a while, the husband often beat, abused, and threatened to kill his wife.

Although the wife asked for a divorce, when the husband went to court, he promised and showed remorse, so Ms. N. agreed to live together again.

According to the investigation, the woman in the photo is Ms. LN (born in 1982), currently a teacher at a local primary school. Ms. N. and Dung have been married for five years and have two children.

It is known that during their time living together, due to many conflicts, in 2015, Ms. N. filed for divorce. But in early 2016, with Ms. N's consent, the two returned to live together but did not register their marriage.

On the evening of May 29, an argument broke out between the two. During the fight, Ms. N. grabbed Dung's "private part" and pulled hard; then, Dung threatened her with a knife, but Ms. N. still did not let go and forced him out the door. Because she could not open the door, the female teacher was beaten and injured by Dung.
