Khoa was driving a passenger bus with license plate 36B - 005.67 that overturned into a field on the side of the Vinh City bypass (in Hung Thinh commune, Hung Nguyen district), killing 2 sisters and injuring 7 others.
Through examination, Hung Nguyen District Police determined that Khoa drove the passenger bus recklessly and could not control the speed, leading to a serious accident.
As reported, at around 8am on June 27, an accident occurred on the Vinh City bypass. The passenger bus with license plate 36B - 005.67, driven by driver Khoa, was traveling from North to South when it suddenly lost control and overturned into a field on the side of the road. The accident killed two people on the spot, and injured and frightened many passengers.
The two deceased victims were identified as two biological sisters: Ngo Thi Thu (12 years old) and Ngo Thanh Dat (5 years old), both residing in Thieu Thanh commune, Thieu Hoa, Thanh Hoa. Thu and Dat's father, Ngo Van Thuyen (40 years old), was seriously injured. Ngo Thi Binh (11 years old, Thuyen's daughter) was also injured and had to be hospitalized.
