Prosecution of commune land officials for appropriating people's money
(Baonghean.vn) - A cadastral officer of Dai Thanh commune, Yen Thanh has just been prosecuted for abusing his position and power to appropriate people's money.
On the afternoon of July 12, the Investigation Police Agency of Yen Thanh District Police prosecuted and temporarily detained Mr. Dang Van Cuong, born in 1980, hometown Cong Thanh commune, a cadastral officer of Dai Thanh commune, for abusing his position and power to appropriate people's money.

Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of Yen Thanh District Police verified the complaint of the people about the officers of the Land Administration - Construction Department of Dai Thanh Commune receiving money from Ms. Phan Thi Mai, Hamlet 1 Dai Thanh, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, Hamlet 5 Dai Thanh, Ms. Nguyen Thi Khiem, Hamlet 3 Dai Thanh, Mr. Phan Van Khanh, Hamlet 1 Dai Thanh to carry out procedures to issue Land Use Rights Certificates.
The case is being further investigated by the Yen Thanh district police./.
