Prosecution of the case of 'Appropriation of State secret documents'
The Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency has issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Appropriation of State secret documents" as prescribed in Article 337 of the 2015 Penal Code.
Regarding the urgent search of the residence and workplace of 3 subjects for the act of "Appropriating State secret documents", Major General To An Xo - Chief of Office, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Public Security said that on July 16, the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Security Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Appropriating State secret documents" as prescribed in Article 337 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Previously, on July 13, the Security Investigation Agency, Ministry of Public Security, executed an emergency search warrant at the residence and workplace of: Nguyen Anh Ngoc (born in 1974, residing in Bo De ward, Long Bien district), currently working at the Editorial Secretary Office, the support team of the Hanoi People's Committee); Nguyen Hoang Trung (born in 1983, residing in Bach Dang ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi), driver of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee); Pham Quang Dung (born in 1983, residing in Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi, former officer of the Department of Investigation Police for Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling, Ministry of Public Security.
