Prosecution of card gambling case of a group of "idle" young people
(Baonghean.vn) - 5 unemployed young men from Nghe An invited each other to play cards for money and were suddenly caught red-handed by the police.
On March 14, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghi Loc District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute 5 suspects, including: Nguyen Thanh Ha (born 1984), Nguyen Quang Huy (born 1992), Nguyen Quoc Manh (born 1988), Nguyen Quoc Tien (born 1991) and Nguyen Van Tu (born 1993), all residing in Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc district, for gambling.

Previously, the family of Nguyen Thanh Ha in Hamlet 7, Nghi Dien Commune opened an internet cafe and billiards shop. Public opinion said that recently, at Ha's house, many young people gathered to hang out and gamble, causing public outrage.
After a period of monitoring, on March 5, the working group of the Criminal - Economic - Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Nghi Loc District Police raided Ha's house and caught 5 subjects: Ha, Huy, Manh, Tien, and Tu playing cards for money.
Here, the police seized more than 5.6 million VND and a deck of playing cards.
The case is being further investigated by the investigation agency.
