Quang Trung Area A must complete site clearance before October 15.

(Baonghean.vn) – On the afternoon of August 25, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a meeting with relevant departments, Vinh city, and investors to speed up the progress of the project to renovate area A - Quang Trung. Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien assigned the city to clear all obstacles for the project by October 15.

The Project to renovate Area A, Quang Trung Apartment Complex, Vinh City was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province for detailed planning in Decision No. 495/QD.UBND-CN, dated March 11, 2013 and granted investment certificate No. 27121000017, dated May 18, 2015, assigned to Quang Trung Petroleum Urban Investment Joint Stock Company (PVUC) as the investor.

Up to now, the investor of two apartment buildings CT2A & CT2B serving the resettlement of households A1, A5, A6 has completed the construction of the 8th floor of apartment building CT2A and the 3rd floor of apartment building CT2B; completed the construction of the 32m roadbed. Currently waiting for the site to be cleared for the construction of project CT1A.

Investors are actively constructing high-rise resettlement buildings.

The investor has paid compensation and support in the amount of: 3,655,045,200 VND. Currently, 20 stalls of the city and ward in the area of ​​Quang Trung Street and Dinh Cong Trang Street have been cleared. 3 organizations: Nghe An General Culture Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Tourism Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade have completed the procedures but have not yet received compensation and site clearance. Another difficulty is that some households with stalls built temporarily on traffic corridors of the project have not agreed.

At the meeting, the investor proposed: In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, we respectfully request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Vinh City People's Committee to pay compensation, support, and site clearance to 3 organizations: Nghe An General Culture Joint Stock Company, Nghe An Tourism Joint Stock Company, and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade; complete compensation, support, and site clearance procedures for the remaining temporary construction stalls of households in the CT1A apartment building construction area, Quang Trung Street, and Hong Bang Street to hand over the land to the investor.

After listening to the city's report on the progress of land acquisition and clearance, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, assigned the City People's Committee to coordinate with all levels and sectors to accelerate land acquisition and clearance, and hand over the project to the investor by October 15 at the latest to complete the project, creating a new mark for the city; at the same time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will proceed to issue land use certificates for the project.
