Dong Dau urban area is on the list of 139 investment projects directed by the Provincial People's Committee to be inspected in 2022.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3088/QD.UBND to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect investment projects outside economic zones and industrial parks in the province. There will be 139 investment projects inspected during this period.
According to Decision No. 3088/QD.UBND dated October 10, 2022 ofProvincial People's CommitteeThe interdisciplinary inspection team inspected investment projects outside the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province, led by Mr. Ho Viet Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Vo Van Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Mr. Vu Tuan Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction as Deputy Heads of the team.

The Interdisciplinary Inspection Team will be divided into 3 inspection teams in 3 areas, including: Team No. 1, led by Mr. Ho Viet Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, will inspect projects that have not been allocated land or leased land (not in the field of housing development); Team No. 2, led by Mr. Vo Van Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, will inspect projects that have been allocated land or leased land (not in the field of housing development); Team No. 3, led by Mr. Vu Tuan Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, will inspect projects in the field of housing development.
According to the inspection plan, there will be 139 investment projects inspected by the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team. Of these, 38 projects have not been allocated land or leased land (not in the field of housing development); 58 projects have been allocated land or leased land (not in the field of housing development); 43 projects are in the field of housing development.

The purpose of the inspection is to carry out state management of investment projects outside the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province; inspect and urge the progress of project implementation, propose solutions to related problems and difficulties and advise on handling according to the provisions of law.
The Interdisciplinary Inspection Team will inspect the compliance with laws on investment, construction, land and other relevant laws, and the performance of obligations to the state budget by investors of inspected projects.

The Provincial People's Committee directs that project investors are responsible for preparing self-inspection reports and sending them to the Agency presiding over the inspection team within 10 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection plan; Assigning and arranging competent persons to work with the Inspection Team according to the Team's working schedule; Providing relevant records and documents as requested by the Inspection Team.
Departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees at district and commune levels where relevant projects are located are responsible for coordinating according to the requirements of the Inspection Team, including: Sending staff to join the Inspection Team when requested; Providing records and documents related to the project as requested by the Inspection Team; Explaining related contents within the state management functions and tasks as requested by the Inspection Team; Giving opinions on inspection contents during the inspection process.
Regarding the time for inspection and completion of inspection result report, submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval: From October 10, 2022 to December 30, 2022.
