(Baonghean.vn) - To improve the spirit and attitude of a number of cadres, civil servants and public employees, the inter-sectoral working group of Nghe An province continues to strengthen inspection of discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units.

Implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening inspection and rectification of administrative discipline of agencies, localities and units in the province, on February 10, the Provincial Inspection Team chaired by Mr. Tran Quoc Chung - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, conducted a surprise inspection of discipline and administrative discipline at the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of Dien Chau district.

During a surprise inspection of compliance with working hours at the Department of Construction, the inspection team assessed that the unit's officers and civil servants strictly complied with working hours. According to the leader of the Office of the Department of Construction, at the first meeting of the new year, the Department's leaders requested that officers and civil servants strictly comply with working hours.

Although it is the first days of the new year, the number of administrative procedure files of units, investors and enterprises is large, so the Department's leaders directed officers and civil servants to focus on professional tasks and promptly resolve administrative procedures for organizations and individuals.

Through a surprise inspection at the People's Committee of Dien Chau district, it was found that the departments and offices under the People's Committee of Dien Chau district, including the staff and civil servants, basically strictly complied with the agency's regulations and working hours.

The District People's Committee established a Zalo group for departments to report on compliance with working hours of officials and civil servants; at the same time, established surprise inspection teams to inspect compliance with discipline and administrative order at departments, offices, communes and towns.

Right from the beginning of the year, the District People's Committee has proactively issued documents to direct the implementation of regulations on discipline and administrative discipline; thoroughly instill in heads of affiliated agencies and units, civil servants and public employees to strictly comply with discipline, administrative discipline and office culture.

The District People's Committee has issued annual and monthly work plans, organized the implementation of target tasks, socio-economic development targets and tasks and solutions for administrative reform in the district.

The inspection team noted that units need to seriously implement office culture, continue to thoroughly educate civil servants, public employees, officials and public servants to fully understand and strictly implement discipline and administrative discipline associated with full, timely and creative implementation to complete with quality and effectiveness the socio-economic development targets and tasks and key tasks assigned in 2022.

At the same time, continue to pay attention to fully implementing the contents of administrative reform work; reduce the process and time for performing administrative procedures; increase the application of information technology in the activities of the agency; create changes in awareness, spirit and attitude in performing tasks and serving the people of the team of cadres and civil servants.

In parallel with performing professional tasks, agencies and localities need to pay attention to implementing solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

On December 31, the Provincial People's Committee also issued Decision 5251/QD-UBND on the establishment of an Inspection Team for compliance with discipline and administrative order in 2022 in Nghe An province, headed by Mr. Le Dinh Ly - Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

The delegation is responsible for inspecting the implementation of responsibilities of heads of agencies and units in implementing discipline, administrative discipline, and public service culture according to Government regulations.

The subjects of inspection are heads of agencies and units; cadres, civil servants and public employees in administrative agencies and state-owned service units of the province with or without prior notice.

The test will be held from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
