Many proposals to improve the efficiency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's operations

Therefore, the Fatherland Front at all levels needs to clearly define its tasks, continue to innovate the form and content of activities, and meet task requirements.

It is hoped that at the conference, delegates will actively exchange and discuss innovations, good practices, and good models in the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in 2020, and at the same time suggest many issues to ensure continued improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in 2021.

At the conference, many delegates raised many concerns about the activities of theMTTQAll levels continued to have many new results in 2021. It emphasized that the strength of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee depends on the leadership of the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat and the Standing Committees of Party Committees at all levels; the strength of national solidarity and the activities of member organizations.

To continue building strong Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, along with promoting the strength of national solidarity, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels need to promote the strength of member organizations, especially exemplary members, the leading member being the Communist Party of Vietnam, including advising on institutionalizing and perfecting the Party's leadership method for the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new situation.

The Fatherland Front at all levels also needs to have a mechanism to promote the role of the elders and exemplary figures in ethnic groups; innovate and promote the supervisory and critical role of the Fatherland Front at all levels, first of all to supervise the work of the Fatherland Front.Election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levelsin 2021; vote of confidence on key positions at all levels to promote the people's direct supervisory role over the staff...

Coordinate to resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people

Speaking at the conference, comradeTran Quoc Vuong- Politburo member, Standing member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat commended and highly appreciated the important contributions of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and all levels along with member organizations.

Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong emphasized that the upcoming 13th National Party Congress will determine viewpoints, orientations, guiding thoughts, goals and directions for the next term; he requested the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promptly carry out research, study and thoroughly grasp the congress resolution, on that basis focus on implementing the action program to practically and effectively implement the resolution.

As a political alliance organization, a union of political organizations, social organizations and outstanding individuals, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee needs to be more proactive and active in mobilizing all classes of people, ethnic groups, religions, and overseas Vietnamese to promote patriotism, join hands, be unanimous, and contribute their intelligence and talent to the cause of building an increasingly rich and prosperous country.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and all levels also need to have a specific plan to participate with all levels and sectors to successfully organize the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; ensuring democracy, equality, legality, safety, economy and truly a festival for all people.

In which, the particularly important role of the Fatherland Front at all levels is to consult, select, and introduce qualified candidates for election to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; resolutely eliminate unqualified candidates.

The Fatherland Front at all levels continues to promote propaganda for all classes of people to proactively and actively prevent and fight the Covid-19 pandemic and develop the economy and society; improve the quality of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; emulation movements; effectively implement the program of the whole country joining hands for the poor; take better care of the poor, people affected by natural disasters, calamities, people in remote and isolated areas; disadvantaged people in society...

The Fatherland Front at all levels continues to perform well its role as the leader in coordinating with member organizations in the work of social supervision and criticism; more actively and proactively participate in Party building and building a clean and strong government; strengthen social consensus, promote propaganda work, help people perceive and well implement the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws; promote the great role of the people in the work of preventing corruption and waste and resolutely fighting against wrong views, political opportunism, sabotage and sharing the great national unity bloc.

The Fatherland Front at all levels needs to further improve the quality of collecting people's opinions and feedback and proactively coordinate with all levels and sectors to resolve pressing issues at the grassroots level and the people's legitimate aspirations.

The Fatherland Front at all levels focuses on improving the quality of its cadres, being exemplary in action, being dynamic, creative, knowing how to listen to people's opinions, having courage and being responsible to the people. The activities of the Fatherland Front must be strongly oriented towards the grassroots, focusing on key and central contents, actively contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in each locality.

Party committees and authorities at all levels need to closely coordinate and create conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels to operate effectively.
