Warning to the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee
The Standing Committee of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee has just decided to discipline comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission with a warning.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy has shortcomings and violations: Together with her family, she borrowed large sums of money from many credit institutions and individuals but violated the loan contracts with the credit institutions, did not repay the debt on time, was fined for overdue interest, and was sued in court twice.
In borrowing money from individuals, you committed to a repayment period, but did not fulfill your commitment, often delayed repayment, made many promises, and evaded responsibility for repayment.
Currently, comrade Thuy still owes credit institutions 75,984,854 VND, owes individuals 1.8 billion VND in principal and 390 million VND in interest and is unable to pay; reported dishonestly about borrowing money.
Comrade Thuy violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; lacked responsibility, was not exemplary, violated Regulation No. 101 of the Secretariat on the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and party members, especially key cadres at all levels, affecting the leadership role of the party organization, his reputation, causing negative public opinion, giving rise to petitions, complaints and reflections.
It is known that, along with the warning decision, based on Regulation 102, dated November 15, 2017 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against violating party members, the Standing Committee of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee proposed that the competent party organization dismiss the position of member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and propose to dismiss the provincial People's Council delegate for the 2016-2021 term for comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy.
Reprimand Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front of Ca Mau province
The Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has just issued a disciplinary reprimand to comrade Doan Tan Sy, member of the Party Committee, member of the Executive Committee of the Civil Party Committee, Party Cell Secretary, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.
Comrade Sy committed violations in leading and operating the unit to perform its duties when he did not organize a full investigation and verification of evidence of the violation but held a Party cell meeting to review and consider disciplining Party member Tran Hieu Trinh, leading to the Party cell voting not to discipline him.
Comrade Tran Hieu Trinh committed serious violations and was disciplined by the Party and civil servants, but comrade Sy and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee did not hold a meeting to review, evaluate the violations and agree on the form of discipline for comrade Tran Hieu Trinh to propose the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to consider and decide, but instead, together with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, met and agreed not to discipline comrade Trinh from the position of Member of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Soc Trang warns 2 district-level Standing Committee members
The Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has decided to issue a disciplinary warning to comrade Vo Phuoc Sang, member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Chau Thanh District Military Command, and comrade Nguyen Thanh Tien, member of the Town Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Secretary, and Chief of Vinh Chau Town Police.
The reason for the disciplinary action was that comrade Vo Phuoc Sang did not seriously implement the principle of democratic centralism in his leadership and management, violated the principle of financial management; deployed the militia and self-defense force in violation of regulations; and showed signs of disunity with colleagues.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tien violated financial management principles and democratic regulations; lacked attention to Party building work, and focused on professional work; for 13 months, he did not organize regular Party Committee meetings but combined them with monthly industry press conferences.
The violations of the two comrades are serious, affecting the reputation of individuals and the party organization.
Reprimand Deputy Director of Quang Binh Electricity Company
The Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has just issued a decision to discipline comrade Hoang Hieu Trung, member of the Party Executive Committee of the Company, Deputy Director of Quang Binh Electricity Company, with a reprimand.
As the Deputy Director of the Company, in charge of technical matters, comrade Hoang Hieu Trung failed to inspect and direct, allowing the contractor of the XT 478 Overload Prevention Project at the Hon La 110KV Station to arbitrarily carry out work not included in the plan, and did not fully implement safety measures, leading to the accident. Comrade Hoang Hieu Trung violated Clause a, Section 1, Article 29 of Regulation 102 of the Politburo on disciplinary action against party members who violated: Lack of responsibility in leadership, direction, and organization of implementation of working regulations./.
