(Baonghean.vn) - The flash flood in the early morning of October 2nd left extremely serious consequences for the border district of Ky Son (Nghe An), with dozens of houses collapsed and buried in mud, the property of many households was lost; along with meters of mud, large blocks of rocks scattered all over the roads... To quickly overcome the consequences of the flood, the authorities urgently stepped in to support the recovery and soon stabilize the lives of the people.
