Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association visited and presented gifts to fishermen in Cua Lo

Early morning of August 3, a working delegation of the Provincial Farmers' Association led by comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association visited and presented gifts to congratulate fishing boats of fishermen in Cua Lo town on their bumper catch after a trip to sea.

At Cua Lo port, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association Nguyen Quang Tung presented flowers and gifts to congratulate Mr. Tran Van Luu's ship in Binh Minh block, Nghi Thuy ward (Cua Lo town) on its bumper harvest after its voyage.

It is known that Mr. Tran Van Luu's fishing boat has a capacity of 1000CV, after 2 days and nights, he caught 8 tons of fish worth nearly 200 million VND. In the past 2 months, Mr. Tran Van Luu's boat caught seafood with a high yield, worth 7 billion VND.

Meeting and chatting with the ship owners and fishermen, comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, kindly greeted them. He wished the ship owners and fishermen good health, mental preparation, material conditions, and the best fishing equipment for a new offshore trip with good luck, smooth sailing, many victories, and high yields.

At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, fishermen will always promote the spirit of solidarity, support each other when facing difficulties, help each other catch seafood in fishing grounds; continue to stick to the sea, develop the economy while protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

In order to encourage and accompany the Farmers' Association with fishermen to go offshore with many advantages, safety and bumper harvests, and at the same time encourage fishermen to continue going offshore, contributing to preserving the homeland's sea and islands, the Farmers' Association of Nghi Thuy Ward (Cua Lo Town) has had the initiative to organize the awarding of Emulation Flags to excellent fishing fleets with high production.
