(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 9, leaders of Quynh Luu district visited, encouraged and expressed condolences to 7 families of sailors in Son Hai and Quynh Tho communes who were victims of a shipwreck in the Quang Binh sea.

On behalf of the district leaders, comrade Hoang Van Bo - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district sent his deep condolences to the two families of the missing crew members, and encouraged their relatives to quickly overcome the pain and loss and stabilize their lives. At the same time, he also encouraged the lucky surviving crew members to quickly stabilize their spirits to work and bring income to their families.

On this occasion, leaders of Quynh Luu district presented 5 million VND in support to the family of the missing crew member and 2.5 million VND to the family of the rescued crew member.
Received 4 Nghe An sailors rescued at sea
(Baonghean.vn) - At 3:20 p.m. on September 6, the rescue force of Quang Tri province brought 4 crew members who were rescued in the sea of Quang Binh safely to shore.
As reported, on the morning of September 5, the fishing boat with registration number NA93010 TS of Mr. Cao Van Y, Son Hai commune (Quynh Luu) was staying at Song Giang port (Quang Binh) and was preparing to leave for his hometown when an accident occurred. There were 7 crew members on board, 5 of whom were fortunately rescued, including: Nguyen Van Thang (29 years old), Pham Van Hoang (26 years old), Le Van Chien, Ngo Van Xo (18 years old), Tran Van Cuong (16 years old). Currently, 2 crew members are still missing, Dau Ngoc Cam (64 years old) and Tran Quang Thien (52 years old).
