(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 30, the Party Committee of Military Region 4 Command led by Major General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of the Military Region came to congratulate the success of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

Also accompanying the delegation was Lieutenant General Vo Van Viet - Political Commissar of the Military Region. Welcoming the delegation, on the side of Nghe An province were comrades Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
