The wholesale market is a vulnerable area in Vinh City, with a high risk of infection due to the large number of traders from other localities coming here every day. In particular, in recent days, many traders from Quynh Luu District (a locality with complicated developments of the epidemic in the province) have come to the wholesale market to import vegetables and tubers.
