Linking tourist attractions to form new tours along National Highway 48
(Baonghean.vn) - Survey and evaluate the development potential of routes and points along National Highway 48, moving towards building new tours based on linking advantageous points.
On May 14-15, Nghe An Tourism Information and Promotion Center organized a survey of a number of tourist attractions in the districts along National Highway 48.
Participating in the survey team were representatives of the Department of Tourism, Nghe An Tourism Information and Promotion Center and travel businesses in the province.

The survey program aims to implement the plan to promote and advertise Nghe An tourism in 2020 issued by the Provincial People's Committee, strengthen the tourism stimulus communication work of the Department of Tourism. On that basis, form new products, prepare for the Tourism Stimulus Conference after the Covid-19 epidemic and the 2020 Back to the Source tour program.

On this occasion, the Delegation conducted surveys at a number of locations such as Muong Thanh Ecological Area (Dien Chau), Khe To (Nghia Trung - Nghia Dan), Chieng Ngam Temple and Hoa Tien Village (Chau Tien - Quy Chau), Chin Gian Temple, Bay Tang Waterfall Complex and Muong Dan Ancient Village (Que Phong).
At the survey points, the Delegation studied and surveyed the service quality, infrastructure system, service quality and environmental sanitation. From there, they made a preliminary assessment of the potential, advantages and feasibility in promoting tourist attraction, creating jobs and increasing income.

In particular, at the community tourism sites of Hoa Tien village (Quy Chau) and Muong Dan (Que Phong), the members of the Delegation highly appreciated the landscape and ethnic cultural identity. These are important factors to attract tourists to explore. At the same time, they advised the local people to innovate their thinking and working methods in tourism development, aiming to attract more and more tourists.
People from Hoa Tien and Muong Dan villages also requested the tourism industry to pay attention to investment, support resources and training in knowledge and skills for community tourism. With the hope that travel businesses will pay attention to introducing, promoting and bringing tourists to experience and explore.

Based on the survey and assessment, the working group noted that localities need to step up promotion and advertising to attract tourists. At the same time, the members of the group will continue to research and develop new tours based on connecting destinations along National Highway 48./.
