(Baonghean.vn) - To commemorate the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2017), on the evening of July 26, Vinh City Youth Union coordinated with the Youth Union of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard, the Museum of Military Region IV, and Ocean Edu Nghe An English Center to organize a "Candle Lighting Ceremony" to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at Vinh City Martyrs Cemetery.
