Suspect revealed for slashing father and son to death
After hacking Mr. Mien to death, on the way back, Xuong continued to hack Mr. Mien's father to death.
Regarding the serious crime of murdering father and son Nguyen Van Mien (48 years old) and Nguyen Van Be (71 years old) in An Vien commune, Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province police have identified the suspect as Pham Van Xuong (47 years old, residing in the same commune).

According to initial investigation, on the afternoon of May 13, Mr. Nguyen Van Mien went to Mr. Pham Van The's family in the same village for a party.
After drinking alcohol, Mr. Mien and Pham Van Xuong had an accident.They fought with each other. Then Xuong used a knife to repeatedly slash Mr. Mien's face and head, causing the victim to die on the spot.
After committing the crime, on his way home, Xuong met Mr. Be (Mien's father) and slashed him repeatedly before fleeing the area. Later, people discovered the incident and took Mr. Be to the hospital, but due to severe injuries, he died.
Receiving the information, the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police and professional units of the Hung Yen Provincial Police and Tien Lu District Police were present at the scene to examine and arrest the suspect.
