(Baonghean.vn) - According to the results of the 2018 National High School Exam, class 12A1 of Yen Thanh 2 High School had 8 students scoring over 24 points, 2 students ranked first and second in the province for all exam groups. This is an outstanding achievement for a school in a rice-growing village.

Class 12A1 of Yen Thanh 2 High School has 40 students, since grade 10 they have been a united, close group, always helping each other in their studies. The class has had 11 students who achieved provincial excellent student awards.
In the recent National High School Exam, the class had 8 students in 2 groups (A, B) who scored 24 points or more. They were Truong Tuan Khang, Nguyen Van Tuan, Hoang Danh Minh, Le Hong Nhung, Nguyen Tho Phuc Toan, Nguyen Thu Hien, Hoang Duc Anh, Tran Tra Giang.

Notably, there are 2 students with over 27 points: Truong Tuan Khang with 27.75 points (Math: 9, Physics: 8.75 and Chemistry: 10) is the student with the highest score in block A in the province; Nguyen Van Tuan with 27.1 points (Math: 8.6, Chemistry: 9.25, Biology: 9.25) is the student with the second highest score in block B in the province.
Mr. Dang Huu Dat - homeroom teacher shared that compared to other high schools in the district, the entrance of class 50, Yen Thanh 2 High School is also quite low. However, thanks to the efforts of both teachers and students, this school year the school has achieved quite outstanding results, especially in the 2018 National High School Exam.
