Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 1026/TTg-PL dated August 23, 2025 requesting ministries, branches and localities to focus on directing the work of building and perfecting institutions and laws.

The National Assembly Law Committee examines the Project on rearranging administrative units at district and commune levels of Nghe An province.

At the meeting, the Law Committee basically agreed with the content of the Project on rearranging district and commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period of Nghe An province as submitted by the Government.

For the first time in its 76-year history, the National Assembly held three sessions in a year. Twelve draft laws and a series of resolutions were passed, and seven draft laws were discussed.
