* Cake filling:

- You need to soak gelatin in water in a small bowl. Then place this bowl in a steamer until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

- Blend durian with sugar until smooth, pour in the steamed gelatin and blend well.

- Use scissors to cut the plastic wrap into 15 small square pieces (15cm x 15cm). Divide the pureed durian into many pieces, each piece about 25g, place each piece of plastic wrap on top of the cake and wrap it into small balls. Arrange the cake pieces on a tray, put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that the durian filling can solidify.

*Crust:

- Put rice flour in a large bowl.

- In a small pot boil water with sugar until sugar dissolves, let cool then add peanut oil or coconut oil.

- Pour the sugar water mixture into the cake flour bowl and mix the mixture into a soft dough, let it cool. Knead the dough until soft, add 1 - 2 drops of egg yellow food coloring to make the dough yellow.

- Divide the dough into about 14 - 15 small balls (each ball about 25g), roll thinly and wrap around the durian filling, roll into a ball shape, and seal the edges of the cake.

- Coat the dough with rice flour to prevent sticking. Gently press it into the mold of your desired shape. Use light force to prevent the filling from breaking, then remove the dough from the mold and store in an airtight container.
