With 3 criminal records, still taking drugs from the city to the countryside to sell
Despite having 3 criminal records, Hung still bought drugs from Phu Ly city to bring to Duy Tien district to both use and distribute to addicts.
Duy Tien District Police, Ha Nam Province, said that on March 16, they caught Nguyen Van Hung (born in 1973), residing in Chuyen Ngoai Commune, Duy Tien District, illegally selling drugs (heroin) to 3 addicts on the dike road in Tu Dai Village, Chuyen Ngoai Commune, Duy Tien District.

At the scene, the district police seized 6 packages of heroin, 3 mobile phones, 2 motorbikes and 3,130,000 VND. Searching Hung's house, they found some tools for dividing and packages of drugs.
At the police station, Hung confessed to buying drugs from Phu Ly city for his own use and selling to addicts in the area.
Hung had 2 previous convictions for theft and 1 previous conviction for illegal drug trafficking.
Duy Tien District Police are continuing to consolidate records and expand the investigation./.
