Impersonating a Department officer, police defrauded and appropriated more than 3 billion VND

According to information from the Investigation Police Agency, Nghe An Provincial Police said that the unit is investigating the case of Le Quang Hoa (born in 1980), hometown Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district, permanent residence in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city (Nghe An) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" in Nghe An.

According to the investigation results, since 2016, because he had no job, Le Quang Hoa had the intention of committing fraud and appropriating property.

Hoa claimed to be an officer of the Department of Internal Affairs of Nghe An province or an officer of Vinh City Police. He had connections with many people, held positions and powers in the province, so he was able to "run" to get jobs at state agencies in Nghe An province.

At the same time, Hoa also lied that he could "run" a job transfer from other provinces and cities to Nghe An province. Therefore, if you want to get a job, you have to pay Hoa money.

With the above trick, Le Quang Hoa defrauded and appropriated the property of 11 people with a total amount of more than 3 billion VND.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police has issued a notice to find the victim in the above criminal case so that people know and contact the unit to work to ensure their rights and clarify all content related to the case.
