How to cook mixed tofu soup
Step 1: Prepare tofu
Wash gently and cut into small pieces. To reduce the strong smell, blanch in boiling water with a little baking soda for 1 minute and then rinse.

Step 2: Prepare other ingredients
- Bacon shredded.
- Wash celery, cut into pieces.
- Sweet peppers, remove seeds and slice.
- Beat eggs, add a little cornstarch, beat well and fry into thin layers, cut into strips.
