Effective bamboo rat farming model in Nghia Dan

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong used to raise porcupines and some other pets. But it was not until she raised bamboo rats that she became successful. Each year, her family exports 500 to 700 bamboo rats. But when she arrived, she was surprised to see that the cage was only 100m2.2in the garden
She said: Rats give birth very often, every 2 to 3 months for a litter, each litter has 3 to 5 babies. So in just one year, she had more than 100 rats. Rats are classified as a specialty animal, each kg of rat costs from 300 to 350 thousand/kg, so the demand for buying them for meat is very low. But she has found customers in Vinh, Thanh Hoa, and Hanoi, so the output is gradually favorable.
