A group of leaders of Tay Ho Housing Development and Construction Company were arrested.
Bac Ninh Provincial Police have just prosecuted and temporarily detained the former Chairman of the Board of Directors, former General Director and several leaders of Tay Ho Housing Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
On February 14, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh Provincial Police issued a Decision to initiate criminal proceedings and prosecute the defendants for the crime of "Violating regulations on management and use of State assets".cause loss, waste" occurred at Tay Ho Housing Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (address at No. 2, Lane 9, Dang Thai Mai Street, Quang An Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi City).

Bac Ninh Provincial Police have executed the temporary detention warrant and searched the residence and workplace of the following suspects:
Tan Tu Hai (61 years old, residing in Dong Da district, Hanoi) - member of the Board of Directors, former General Director of Tay Ho Company.
Dang Quang Tuan (51 years old, residing in Cau Giay district, Hanoi) - former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tay Ho Company.
Phan Viet Anh (46 years old, residing in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi) - former Deputy General Director of Tay Ho Company.
Chu Thi Ngoc Nga (60 years old, residing in Tay Ho district, Hanoi) - Head of the Board of Supervisors of Tay Ho Company.
The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the police.
