At these meetings, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1 - On reviewing and deciding on disciplinary action against party organizations and party members

- For the Standing Committee of the Party Committee Abroad

The Central Inspection Commission agreed with the review results of the Standing Committee of the Overseas Party Committee after the inspection conclusion when there were signs of violations by the Central Inspection Commission, not to take disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the comrades Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and former Head of the Organizing Committee of the Overseas Party Committee.

- For Colonel Nguyen Van Lang, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Political Commissar of Ben Tre Provincial Military Command

Comrade Nguyen Van Lang has shortcomings and violations: Not strictly implementing working regulations, procedures, and rules on personnel work; lax management, lack of inspection, supervision, and internal struggle; responsible for the prolonged disunity in the unit and the violations of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command, and the unit.

The Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline comrade Nguyen Van Lang with a "warning".

2 - Regarding complaint settlement

The Central Inspection Commission has reviewed and concluded the settlement of the denunciation against 01 Provincial Party Standing Committee and 5 cadres under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat. Based on the results of the investigation and verification, the Central Inspection Commission has clearly concluded that the denunciation contents are correct or partially correct; the denunciation contents are incorrect, or have no basis, or are not sufficient grounds for conclusion. Through the settlement of the denunciation, the Central Inspection Commission has requested the collective and the cadres accused of shortcomings and violations to seriously review or learn from their experiences.

3 - On the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committees and Inspection Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces; the Standing Committees of the Party Committees and Inspection Committees of the Party Committees of Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group

Through inspection, it was found that: Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels in the above localities and units have paid attention to leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of inspection and supervision tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter. The results of inspection and supervision have contributed to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, strictly maintaining Party discipline and State laws; at the same time, directing the correction of existing shortcomings and limitations, helping inspection and supervision work to become more systematic and effective.

However, in the leadership, direction, organization and implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks of Party committees and Inspection Committees in each locality and unit, there are still some limitations and shortcomings such as: Some places have not promoted thematic supervision; some places have not properly implemented regulations and procedures for inspection, complaint settlement or disciplinary action, leading to prolonged complaint settlement and inaccurate disciplinary enforcement; some places have not paid due attention to the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks at their level as well as leadership, direction and professional guidance on inspection and supervision work for Party committees and inspection committees at lower levels...

The Central Inspection Commission requires Party committees and inspection committees of localities and units to seriously learn from experience and effectively overcome shortcomings and limitations in performing inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement tasks.

4 - Regarding the participation in giving opinions to the Politburo's disciplinary complaint settlement delegations

The Central Inspection Commission listened to the report and gave opinions to the Politburo's Party Disciplinary Complaints Resolution Team on the complaints of comrades: Hoang Dinh Thanh, former District Party Committee member, former Chief Justice of the People's Court of Song Cau District, Phu Yen Province; Nguyen Hoang Chuong, former Party member, active at the Kram Hamlet Party Cell, Ea Tieu Commune Party Committee, Cu Kurin District, Dak Lak Province.
