3 - On the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committees and Inspection Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces; the Standing Committees of the Party Committees and Inspection Committees of the Party Committees of Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group
Through inspection, it was found that: Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels in the above localities and units have paid attention to leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of inspection and supervision tasks according to the provisions of the Party Charter. The results of inspection and supervision have contributed to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, strictly maintaining Party discipline and State laws; at the same time, directing the correction of existing shortcomings and limitations, helping inspection and supervision work become more systematic and effective.
However, in the leadership, direction, organization and implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks of Party committees and Inspection Committees in each locality and unit, there are still some limitations and shortcomings such as: Some places have not promoted thematic supervision; some places have not properly implemented regulations and procedures for inspection, complaint settlement or disciplinary action, leading to prolonged complaint settlement and inaccurate disciplinary enforcement; some places have not paid due attention to the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks at their level as well as leadership, direction and professional guidance on inspection and supervision work for Party committees and Inspection Committees at lower levels...
