Buying drugs to sell to gold miners

The Criminal Investigation Agency of Ky Son District Police is temporarily detaining the following suspects: Lu Van Xon (born in 1985), residing in Na Luong 1 village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district; Lo Van Thin (born in 1990), residing in Xop Tu village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district and Ngan Van Dung (born in 1994), residing in Buon Thai, Ea Kueh commune, Cu M district.^'Gar, Dak Lak province to investigate the behavior of "Buying and selling,illegal possession of drugs".

Previously, at around 3:00 p.m. on May 8, 2021, Ky Son District Police coordinated with Nam Can International Border Guard Station and Nam Can International Border Customs Sub-Department to discover and catch Lu Van Xon, Lo Van Thin and Ngan Van Dung in the act of storing many blue potylene bags containing pink tablets (suspected to be synthetic drugs) and white packages (suspected to be heroin).

Initially, the subjects confessed to buying the above drugs from an unknown man in Son Thanh village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son district for the purpose of using and selling to gold miners.

The total weight of the seized evidence was determined to be 58.85 grams. Currently, the authorities are sending samples for examination to resolve according to regulations.
