The glass door of the Porsche dealership in Taichung City (Taiwan) suddenly shattered and a white SUV slowly entered the lobby. Several receptionists panicked and ran away before the entire counter was pushed inside.
The situation happened on May 2 when the car was delivered but did not have enough options as requested, according toTaiwan NewsThe 42-year-old customer immediately showed his attitude and retaliatory actions, which were recorded on surveillance cameras in the dealership as well as on his mobile phone.
When questioned by the police, the man named Chu said that in January 2017, he had agreed to buy a Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo with a standard price of 202,000 USD, plus 50,000 USD for the 4D chassis control system and some other accessories. The total amount to be paid was 252,000 USD.

Chu paid a deposit of $75,000. But in November 2017, the dealer delivered the car without the 4D chassis control system, so Chu refused to pay the remaining amount and wanted to cancel the order.
A few days later, the customer received a letter from the dealership, demanding that he pay the contract or forfeit his entire deposit. Chu became enraged and drove another Porsche—a Cayenne model that costs about $135,000—into the dealership in protest.
After the incident, Chu got out of the car, cursed at the dealership staff, and then gave interviews to the press before being taken away by police. The following day, Chu was charged with intimidation, endangering the public, and causing damage to another person's property.
After being released by the Taichung District Attorney's Office, Chu immediately returned to the dealership. The employees were frightened when they saw the customer and called the police.

When the police arrived, Chu was asked to negotiate with the dealer. Accordingly,Within two hours, the dealer would return the deposit, or let Chu buy the car with the chassis control option for a total of $252,000. But in the end, the two sides could not find common ground and the deal fell through. It is unclear how the story was resolved.
