Comrade Vo Van Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

The report and discussion at the conference showed that the propaganda work in 2022 of the units in the cluster has promoted their roles and responsibilities well; proactively advised the Party Committee to direct, orient and organize the implementation of propaganda work well; actively advised on studying, thoroughly grasping, propagating, summarizing and concluding the Party's resolutions and directives; continued to innovate and improve the timeliness in grasping and reflecting the ideological situation, public opinion and the fight against bad, toxic, false and hostile information; strengthened the orientation of information, propaganda, press - publishing, foreign information; political theory work, research, compilation, propaganda, education on Party history, traditional history were directed with attention; scientific and educational work, coordination between the Propaganda sector and state management agencies, judicial agencies at the same level were paid attention...

Besides the achieved results, there are still some limitations such as: Advisory work for Party committees, implementation of propaganda tasks in some places, especially remote areas, is sometimes not proactive, timely, and of low quality; coordination work in the science and education sector in inspecting the implementation of some resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on the field of science and education is sometimes not regular...

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Vo Van Dung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department highly appreciated the propaganda work of the units in 2022, and pointed out the limitations that need to be overcome. He requested the Propaganda and Training Departments of the district Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees to prepare well the work plan for 2023 to advise the Party Committees at the same level to deploy propaganda work in accordance with the local situation; pay attention to guiding the implementation of propaganda work at the grassroots level.

Units need to constantly innovate propaganda work associated with digital transformation, creating a competitive atmosphere right from the beginning of 2023 to motivate and encourage people, cadres, and party members to successfully carry out political tasks, targets, and socio-economic development plans; effectively grasp public opinion, promptly advise on leadership solutions, and direct the resolution of pressing, prominent, and sensitive issues of public concern, not allowing hot spots to arise, and avoiding being taken advantage of by bad guys to distort and incite.
