Previously, according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training, candidates participating in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year must create and register online on the VNEDU system at the link: http://nghean.tsdc.vnedu.vn. Then, according to the instructions, students will log in in order and perform 7 steps according to the instructions before saving and printing the form.

Online registration will begin on May 11, 2023 and end on May 15, 2023.

Vinh city is a locality with a high competition rate.Grade 10The most stressful in the province with an annual admission rate of only about 60-70%. Hong Son High School has 144 ninth graders. In the past two days, the school has been completing graduation documents for students and according to the school's summary, this year's graduation rate is 99%.

To ensure the rights of students, the school creates conditions for them to register for the entrance exam to the high school of their choice. In class 9A, teacher Nguyen Thi Minh Hue - the homeroom teacher of the class said: "This year, public high schools in the city still do not accept the second choice, which makes many parents and students worried. However, there is a new point that students can adjust their wishes after completing the exam, which reduces the pressure on them.

Currently, our class has some students with foreign language certificates, so the entrance exam to public grade 10 is not too stressful. Based on the mock test scores, the year-end survey scores, the students' learning process, and the benchmark scores of previous years, we have also oriented them to register for suitable wishes. It is expected that 20-25 students with good academic performance will register for top schools."

After the first two days of implementation, many schools and students said that this method is quite convenient and saves students money in purchasing and redoing documents (if there are errors).

Maximum support for candidates

The current difficulty is that due to inadequate infrastructure, registration in some places is difficult due to network congestion and parents and students not being proficient in technology.

Even at Hong Son Secondary School (Vinh City), teacher Duong Phuong Thao - Vice Principal of the school said: Among the 144 9th grade students this school year, there are still cases where parents work far away, students live with grandparents, so teachers have to guide and support them during the registration process.

At Luu Kien Ethnic Boarding Secondary School (Tuong Duong district), although the school only has more than 60 students, because most of them are boarding students, living in difficult conditions, without phones or computers, currently the registration is mainly supported by teachers in the school.

Talking about this, teacher Nguyen Thi Nhung - Principal of the school said: About 75% of the school's students wish to take the entrance exam to grade 10. To facilitate the registration process for students, we have asked homeroom teachers to directly help students register online.

This morning, 70/85 students of Luc Da Secondary School - Con Cuong also completed the registration for grade 10 with the wish to attend Muong Qua High School. Teacher Nguyen Van Hao - Principal of the school said: The registration is quite simple. However, because there is a part where students have to attach a file and scan related documents, we have supported parents and students to make the registration process smooth. In a few days, the school will finalize the list because among the remaining 15 students who previously wanted to be divided into streams, now there are 3 students who are wondering between vocational training or grade 10 and are considering.

Up to this point, the Department of Education and Training has not been able to count the number of students who have registered. However, some high schools have updated the list of students registered to the school. Currently, if students have completed the registration and want to change their information, they need to contact the registered schools to re-register. In addition, students will have an opportunity to change their wishes after completing the entrance exam to grade 10.
